How can I track the status of my deposit?

Deposit statuses are available in the Transactions tab under the specific account. Status indicators include:

  1. Completed: The funds have been successfully credited to your account.

  2. Failed: The deposit was unsuccessful due to an issue such as incorrect details or restrictions. If failed, you’ll need to contact Lync support for assistance.
