Your account may be placed on hold due to pending KYC (Know

Your Customer) checks. These checks are legally required to verify

your identity, the legitimacy of your business, and compliance with

anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. This includes reviewing

company registration documents, ownership structures, and

regulatory licenses. Once all required documentation is reviewed and

approved, the hold will be lifted, and you can access full account

functionalities.
