You can monitor the progress of your complaints or support
requests through the Support Center in the Support Widget. Each
ticket is assigned a unique reference number, and its status is
updated in real-time as the support team works on it. The available
statuses include:
• Open: Your ticket has been submitted and is awaiting
review.
• In Progress: The support team is actively working on
resolving your issue.
• Waiting for Customer Input: The support team is actively
waiting on the customer to provide requested information or
documentation
• Resolved: The ticket has been successfully addressed,
and a resolution has been provided.
